A $4 million road to be punched through the hills of Storey County will open another 5,000 acres for development in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.Plans are underway to extend USA Parkway, the primary highway through the sprawling industrial center, four miles farther south into the area known at Bittleman Flats.Roger Norman and Lance Gilman, developers of Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, say nearly all the major properties in the 5,000-acre first phase of the industrial center have been sold, and they're seeing strong demand for the project's second phase.In fact, some potential buyers already are riding down the rough dirt …
