Terrance Flynn has been named chief financial officer of Basin Street Properties, a Reno-based real estate investment company.

Flynn previously served as a senior vice president and market manager for US Bank’s commercial real estate division in the Sacramento area.

He also has held senior management positions in the real estate lending operations of River City Bank and Union Bank.
