Tim Wulf, owner of three Jimmy John's sandwich shops in Reno, sold his Wedge Parkway franchised location to Jeff Guerra and his wife, Rachel Braunstein.Wulf opened his first store at Ninth Street six years ago, targeting hungry University of Nevada, Reno students.
