Will Clemens has been named chief executive officer of Zephyr Associates Inc., a developer of analytical tools for the financial management industry headquartered at Zephyr Cove.

Clemens previously was vice president and general manager of the STP business unit of Advent Software Inc. in San Francisco. He also has worked as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank and as the CEO of Respond Networks, a venture backed e-commerce company.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
