Dermody Properties, a Reno-based developer of industrial properties, has completed an 105,000-square-foot build-to-suit property in Portland, Ore., for Morgan Distributing LLC, a Budweiser distributor.

The development is part of a public-private partnership between the Portland Development Commission and Dermody Properties in an urban renewal area.
