Jason Brothers was within days of signing a five-year lease on office space in Salt Lake City when he convinced his company to take another look at Reno.The results of his last-minute pitch: Supreme Lending, a Dallas-based company, plans to open an office in Reno that will provide residential mortgage lending in five western states Nevada, California, Arizona, Oregon and Washington.The regional office is expected to employ about 20 initially, says Brothers, regional director of sales for Supreme Lending.The company is looking for office space, beginning the licensing process and recruiting mortgage-lending professionals in northern Nevada, Brothers said last week.A …
