The renewable energy program at the University of Nevada, Reno, will be named in honor of Jeff Ceccarelli, longtime NV Energy executive and an alumnus of the school.Ceccarelli retires from NV Energy this month. He is the company's senior vice president for energy supply.The initiative to be known as The Jeffrey L. Ceccarelli NV Energy Renewable Energy Program includes teaching and research programs across the university.
