Gaming win

The gaming win in Washoe County during September was down 6.4 percent from a
year ago. Reno was off 8 percent, Sparks was down 2.55 percent, North Lake
Tahoe was essentially flat and the rest of the county was down 2.8 percent.
South Lake Tahoe was down 10.9 percent, and the region that includes Carson
City as well as the Carson Valley was down about 4 percent.
