Identity Reno student housing nearly 80 percent pre-leased

Identity Reno, a new luxury student housing community will open August 2017.

Identity Reno, a 325-bed luxury student housing community near the heart of the University of Nevada, Reno campus is nearing 80 percent pre-leased ahead of its August 2017 opening, according to the developer, CA Student Living.

CA Student Living is the student housing investment and development division of Chicago-based CA Ventures.

"Our strategy with Identity is to provide modern, highly amenitized housing that allows students to maximize their academic pursuits while immersing themselves in a vibrant social atmosphere," said JJ Smith, president of CA Student Living. "Given the accelerated pace of leasing heading into the busy summer months, we expect the community to be full by the start of the upcoming school year – if not before."

Located at 1551 N. Virginia St., the six-story boutique building will feature a mix of fully furnished residences ranging from studios to five-bedroom units. Interior finishes include hardwood-style floors; designer bathrooms with glass shower enclosures and subway tiling; and modern kitchens with European-style cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. All units also feature in-unit laundry, as well as a 50-inch flat-panel LED TV in the living area and complimentary Wi-Fi and cable.

Shared amenities include a private rooftop terrace featuring grilling stations, multiple seating areas and TV area – ideal for game day or movie night. Indoor amenities include a group study lounge and private study rooms; resident lounge with an entertainment center; and indoor bike storage. Private garage parking is available for students with vehicles.

Identity Reno offers a host of enhanced security features, including a 24-hour security guard, front desk check-in and keycard access.
