Letter: Gore a threat to those who love their cars

Just a reminder to those of you who love those old cars we see every year at show and shines. Al Gore said in his book the internal combustion engine is the biggest threat to life on earth. If he doesn't like the clean burning modern cars, he must really hate your '55 Chevy, Mustang, Cuda, GTO or my Lil Red Express. He also said he would like higher taxes on gasoline to force conservation.

He also is no friend to gun owners. U.S. Attorney William Meteja of the Clinton-Gore Justice Department, is arguing in federal court that the second amendment does not guarantee an individual right to own any firearm, I repeat, any firearm. They also argue the federal government has the right to confiscate all civilian owner firearms. This will probably go to the supreme court , and if we have more liberal justices, we will lose that right forever.

If you elect Gore, it can happen.
