Celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday at the Carson City Library at 4 p.m., Thursday, March 2. The school-age program is open to first-graders and up. Preregistration is required. Participants are encouraged to dress as one of Dr. Seuss' characters and participate in a choral reading of "The Cat in the Hat." Call 887-2244.
