Carson City Natives & Newcomers will hold its monthly luncheon 11:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 14, at the Carson Nugget. Guest speaker will be Willa Ramsden, author, lecturer and traveler who will talk on a lesser known attractions of Nevada and northern California.
