Nevada water planners plan to tour the Upper Walker Basin area near Bridgeport, Calif. on May 24.
Officials say there will be stops along south U.S. 395 at the Sweetwater and Rosachi ranches and Mono Lake as well as Bridgeport Reservoir.
The two-day tour will resume May 25 with visits to Twin Lakes Trout Hatchery and Sportsman's Beach along Walker Lake.
The trip will begin at the State Motor Pool near the Reno Airport at 8:15 a.m. or the Division of Water Planning parking lot, 1550 East College Parkway in Carson City, at 9:15 a.m. May 24.
The tour will finish with an advisory board meeting in Hawthorne beginning at 10 a.m. May 25 in the El Capitan conference room.
