A graveside service for Eunice P. Whiteside, 71, a Minden resident for the past 10 years and former Reno resident, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Eastside Memorial Park in Minden with the Rev. Steve Wilson officiating.
Mrs. Whiteside died May 10, 2000, at her home. She was born Jan. 6, 1929, in Liberty, Mo., to Rolla and Floy Huckaby Stillfield.
Mrs. Whiteside worked for the state of Nevada for 13 years, retiring in 1990. She loved sewing, gardening and her grandchildren. She was a member of the Carson Valley Christian Center in Minden.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Betty, who died in 1994.
Among her survivors are her son Ken of Gardnerville; daughters Tammy Bonfiglio of Gardnerville and Sherie Whiteside of Minden; brother Elmer Stillfield of Yerington and grandchildren Zachary, Hunter, Dakota and Evany.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home, Gardnerville, is in charge of arrangements.
