A funeral for Margaret R. Dias, 81, a Silver Springs resident for the past six years, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley in Carson City.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Walton's Chapel.
Mrs. Dias died Dec. 29, 1999, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born May 16, 1918, in Honolulu to Joseph and Isabell Furtado Rodrigues.
Before moving to Silver Springs, she lived in Hayward, Calif.
Mrs. Dias was a homemaker.
Among her survivors are her son Richard of Silver Springs; daughters Sharon Dias of Oregon and Litta Botelho of Gilroy, Calif.; sister Jessie Silverhoter of Modesto, Calif.; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
