The Brewery Arts Center is offering adult pottery classes for beginning and advanced students with a daytime and two evening classes. Dates have not been released.
An adults' writing class and a children's class in creative writing are also offered. A four-hour workshop will be held May 13 and on June 17 by Sue Hecht, who will help writers prepare to get published.
Drawing classes and cartooning and graphics design will start in mid-May, as will a unique workshop in bear making. All materials are furnished for this class and participants will go home with a whimsical furry fabric bear.
