United Blood Services needs blood types

United Blood Services has announced blood needs for this week as follows:

O+ 550 O- 180, A+ 420, A- 140, B+ 40, B-10, AB+ 4 and AB- 10 and 15 pheresis per day.

Healthy people between the ages of 17 and 79, who weigh at least 110 pounds are eligible to donate every eight weeks. Eat well and drink plenty of liquids. Also, please be sure to bring either donor card or a picture ID.
