Chris Morrison has been named operations manager of the Reno Chamber Orchestra.
Morrison is responsible for grant writing and efforts, community relations, concert production and the orchestra's student program.
He previously worked for High Sierra Community Radio, was business manager for the Nevada Museum of Art and served as program director and classical announcer for KUNR.
He continues as the local host of "Morning Edition" on KUNR three days a week.
A life-long Reno resident, Morrison is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
