Selman previously worked in the health insurance business.
The Nearly New Shoppe has been in operation for 30 years, and Selman is the third owner.
Selman plans to expand the hours of operation and add new types of merchandise to the shop, which specializes in women's clothing and accessories.
The previous owner retired.
