Realtors honor Bacon with life membership

Maxine Bacon of Avalon Realty has

been honored with life membership in

the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors.

She has been a Realtor since 1976. She

earned the Certified Residential

Specialist designation and has been recognized

as a 25-year member of the

Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors.

In the association, Bacon has served

on numerous convention committees,

been an instructor for new member orientation

and served as a member of the

budget and finance committee.

In the community, Bacon has helped

paint houses and do cleanup for Habitat

for Humanity, is an active member of

her church and a vice president of her

homewoners association.

To receive the the life member award

a Realtor must have 25 years experience

be nominated by at least two peers and

have a record of notable service to the

industry and community.

Bacon joins 25 other Realtors in

the community who have received life

membership.
