Boston Market Corp. last week completed an interior
renovation and next month plans to introduce grilled chicken
menu items at its location at FireCreek Crossing in
south Reno.
The company said the changes seek to position the
restaurant more strongly in the fast-casual dining segment.
New seating, creation of spaces for private conversation,
warmer colors and softer lighting were among the changes.
Boston Market is making the changes at all its 650
restaurants in 28 states. The company based in Golden, Colo.,
is a wholly owned subsidiary of McDonald's Corp.
