A memorial service for Donald G. Fletcher, 72, a Carson City resident for the past three years, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Christ, 3209 Airport Road.
Mr. Fletcher died July 18, 2002, in Carson City. He was born Oct. 16, 1929, in Clymer, Pa., where he was raised, graduated from high school and worked in the coal mines with his father.
Among his survivors are his wife Barbara of Carson City; sons John, Donald George Jr. and Jimmy; daughters Mary Ann and Dianne; brother Leroy of Pennsylvania; sisters Dorothy Kiewlack of New Jersey and Betty, Edith and Margaret, all of Pennsylvania and numerous grandchildren.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
