Beverly Janet McNaught, 78, a 25-year resident of Coleville, Calif., died June 19, 2002, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital.
Mrs. McNaught was born Dec. 24, 1923, in Chelsea, Mass., to Robert Dale and Mabel Chaffers Anderson.
She spent her early life and attended high school in Massachusetts.
Prior to moving to Coleville she lived in San Diego.
On Oct. 16, 1946 she married Ray A. McNaught in Arlington, Mass.
Mrs. McNaught was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving with the WAVES during WWII.
She is survived by her husband; son and daughter-in-law Ray and Kay McNaught of Sacramento; daughter and son-in-law Beverly Janet and Michael Penick, of Shiloh, Ill., and daughter Barbara Jean McNaught of San Jose, Calif.; three grandchildren Kerry and Kelly McNaught and Adam Penick.
Donations in her name may be made to the Carson-Tahoe Hospital Oncology or Telemetry departments.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
