spoke to more than 125 transportation
engineers at the 10th Annual Fall
Transportation Conference at the
University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
He spoke on issues surrounding utility
relocation.
Pat Lees, Nichols' director of training
services, led a workshop on coalition building
during the conference.
