Siena occupancy exceed projections

The Siena Hotel Spa Casino in Reno

said its hotel occupancy for June through

October exceeded projections.

The Siena, which opened in July 2001,

had projected an average of 78 percent

occupancy during its second summer of

operation. It exceeded those projections

with 81.1 percent occupancy and an average

daily rate of $72.

The Siena has 214 rooms and suites

including an all-suite floor with butler

service.

Barney Ng, the Siena's owner and

CEO, spent $70 million to create the

Siena by completely renovating the old

Holiday Hotel.
