Larry Perlin has been promoted to manager
of the southwest region of Reno-based
Nichols Consulting
Engineers, a specialist in
pavement research, engineering,
training and
management systems.
Perlin will supervise
engineering and technical
staff in NCE's California
Division. He previously
worked for the city of Los Gatos, Calif., as
public works director.
