Shopping center properties in Reno bring $10 million

Two Reno shopping centers have been

sold for a combined total of more than $10

million.

Grubb & Ellis Nevada Commercial

Group, which represented parties involved

in the transactions, said the sales included:

* The North Reno Plaza Shopping

Center at Oddie and Silverada

Boulevards. The 129,900-square-foot

center, anchored by a Sak N Save Food

Store, sold for $7.2 million. Grubb &

Ellis represented the seller, the Oddie

Shopping Center Limited Partnership.

Washoe County records show the buyer

was NNN North Reno Plaza LLC.

* The Pioneer Plaza Shopping Center

at the northeast corner of Kietzke Drive

and East Moana. The 35,000-square-foot

center sold for $3.5 million. Grubb &

Ellis represented the buyer, the Lebovitz

Family Trust. County records show the

seller was the Pioneer Plaza Group.
