The owner of Advanced Trucking &
Transport was fined $1,115 for failure to
report an accidental fuel spill.
Doug Lippincott, owner of the trucking
firm, pleaded no contest to two violations
of Sparks ordinances and was fined by
Municipal Court Judge Larry Sage.
The city said it tracked a May 23 diesel
spill from the Truckee Meadows Water
Reclamation Facility to Advanced Trucking.
