Hesse of Winnemucca has been named to the board of directors of Houston-based Enbridge Energy Co.
Hesse is president and chief executive officer of Hesse Gas Co.
She served as chairman of the U.S.
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from 1986 to 1989.
She also co-founded and was chief operating officer of SEI Information Technology from 1969 until 1980.
