Charles A. Waterson, 78, a Carson City resident for the past 10 years, died April 8, 2003, at the Life Care Center of Reno. He was born Jan. 16, 1925, in Maywood, Calif.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Paso Robles, Calif.
Mr. Waterson was a member of the Operating Engineers, the Elks Lodge in Paso Robles and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and gaming.
He served in the U.S. Navy from 1942 to 1944.
Among his survivors are his wife, Jean of Carson City; son, Carl; and daughter, Vickie.
O'Brien-Rogers and Crosby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
