Construction has started on an 8,500- square-foot commercial building near the Target store at Sierra Center Parkway and South Virginia in Reno.
Chris Waizmann of Trammell Crow Co., who is leasing the property for its Bay Area developer, said the building is expected to be completed in October and will house six tenants.
No leases have been announced.
