Mid-priced homes selling at Incline

Home priced in the $500,000 to $1 million range are selling well at Incline Village and around Lake Tahoe, said Chase International, a company that specializes in luxury residential sales in the area.

Of the almost 100 homes sold in Incline Village thus far this year, more than 60 percent were within the $500,000 to $1 million category, Chase said.
