The steel is up at MountainView Corporate Centre in south Reno for the future home of Grubb & Ellis|Nevada Commercial Group.
The 12,000-square-foot office is scheduled for completion in November and will serve as headquarters for the commercial real estate company.
MountainView Corporate Centre at Del Monte Lane and Kietzke Lane, will include up to 11 buildings and more than 400,000 square feet of office.
It's being developed by Templeton Development Corp., a Las Vegas-based company.
Along with office and commercial developments, Templeton is the largest developer of senior rental properties for seniors in the West.
Construction of the Grubb & Ellis|Nevada Commercial Group's office is being completed by Pinecrest Construction.
