Joyce Newman, former president of the Utility Shareholders Association of Nevada, announced she has formed Newman Appraisal Services LLC.
The Reno company specializes in appraisal of personal property, including antiques, artwork, household contents and some vintage automobiles and farm equipment.
Newman has achieved ISA Accredited Member status with the International Society of Appraisers.
