Grubb & Ellis Nevada Commercial Group said the $96 million in commercial real estate transactions it handled last year was the highest since the company was created in 1996.
John Pinjuv, president and co-owner, said activity was slow during the first half and picked up during the third quarter.
The quicker pace has continued into 2003, he said.
