Michalle Shown has been named development director of The Children's Cabinet, Inc.
She previously was marketing specialist for KREN 27, a Warner Brothers affiliate.
Michalle also serves as the volunteer Funding Development Chair for the Sierra Association of Foster Families, and was a founder of "Parent To Parent," a grassroots program supporting families of terminally and critically ill children in 1984.
The Children's Cabinet provides services for children, youth and families.
