KPS/3 , a Renomarketing communications firm said Tom Clark, formerly with Syndetic Partners, and Misty Young of KPS/3, have taken ownership positions in the firm.
They join President Stephanie Kruse and Casey Strachan, the firm's vice president for creative services, in ownership of the company.
Tom Clark, who will be a vice president of KPS/3, will lead the agency's new government affairs division.
Young, with KPS/3 since 1999, also becomes vice president and will continue to lead the company's public relations division.
Young also is leading KPS/3's new Renewable Energy Practice Group.
