Saint Mary's new facility at Galena
earned an award of distinction in the
non-residential category in the fifth
annual Washoe County Design Awards
Program. The program recognizes projects
and buildings that provide examples
of quality design throughout the Truckee
Meadows.
Designed by architect Douglas Childs
with James Leary Planning, the Galena
facility located off Mount Rose Highway,
consists of 50,000 square feet and was
completed at the end of 2001.
