Nevada State Health Division inspection of a Douglas County food-service establishment and the date of inspection (all scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations):

Paint/repair drywall above soda dispenser. Temperature gauge required for each cooler and refrigerator. Label all spray bottles with contents. All foods in refrigerators must be covered. Replace light shield in walk-in cooler. Provide test strips for sanitizer at 50 ppm chlorine solution.
