Obituary: Benjamin South French III

Benjamin South French III, a longtime Carson City resident, died Dec. 27, 2002, in Felton, Calif. He was born May 4, 1925, to Benjamin South Jr. and Opeal Mae French.

Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Pasadena, Calif.

Mr. French worked for the city of Pasadena in tree maintenance. He enjoyed trips to the mountains and motorcycling.

He was preceded in death by his wife, May Ruth French, in 2002.
