CH2M Hill, an engineering firm with an office that employs 21 people in Reno, was named one of America's best places to work in an annual survey by Fortune magazine.
The employee-owned company has 10,500 employees in 165 offices worldwide.
The Fortune magazine survey was based on pay and benefits packages, communications practices, ownership culture, learning opportunities and programs that help employees balance their work and personal lives.
