Liberty Tax Service opened an office at 1155 W.
4th St.
in Keystone Square near Albertsons.
The office is owned by Rick Simon, a Liberty Tax Service franchisee since 1999 who has operated in the Truckee Meadows since January 2001.
This is the fourth location for Liberty Tax Service in the Reno area.
The office will be open extended hours during tax season and will remain open after April 15.

Simon is an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue Service and holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
In addition to its Keystone Square location, Liberty Tax Service operates at three other locations in the Truckee Meadows.
