The Public Utilities Commission last week announced the appointment of Richard Hinckley as General Counsel effective this spring at the conclusion of the Nevada Power Deferred Energy Rate Case.
Hinckley is the current Staff Counsel for the PUC's Regulatory Operations Division.
He has more than 20 years of experience in utility law and has worked at the Public Service Commission as an administrative attorney and assistant staff counsel, and at Nevada Power Co.
where he spent fourteen years and became general counsel.
