A memorial service for Rosemary "Rose" Borges Collier, 47, a Carson City resident for the past 18 months, will be at 4 p.m. Friday at FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home in Gardnerville.
Mrs. Collier died July 18, 2003, in Carson City. She was born June 12, 1956, in Los Angeles to Kenneth H. and Bea Juliette Borges. She spent her childhood in Orange County, Calif.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Orange County.
Mrs. Collier worked for American Home Companion Inc. in Carson City as a home caregiver.
Among her survivors are her parents of Minden; son, DeWayne of Minden; daughters Abby Phillips of Carson City and Mindy Phillips of Ewing, N.J.; brother, Ken Borges of Maui, Hawaii; and sister, Julie Ann Tom of Gardnerville.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
