Colliers International, Nevada's largest commercial real estate firm, announced that investment broker Dewey Struble, CCIM, recently negotiated the $1.7 million sale of a single-tenant, net-leased, furniture showroom.
Struble represented the buyer.
The 10,813 square foot building is located at 9738 South Virginia St.
in the Foothill Commerce Center in South Meadows Business Park, and is being leased to Mountain Comfort Furnishings and Design.
The company also has stores in Truckee,Oregon and Colorado.
