Grubb & Ellis|Nevada Commercial Group said its first quarter activity totaled more than $28 million.
The quarter's activity included 15 office leases totaling more than $1.16 million and five industrial leases totaling approximately $545,000.
The retail division reported six transactions equaling more than $405,000.
Investment property reported six transactions totaling more than $946,000.
Land sales totaled more than $25 million with eight transactions.
