DP Partners opens Harrisburg office

DP Partners, a Reno-based development company, said last week it opened an office in Harrisburg, Pa., its first office in the eastern United States.

The office overseen by Steve Bailey, regional development manager, for DP Partners, will be responsible for DP's LogistiCenter at Carlisle, LogistiCenter at Allentown and future developments in the Pennsylvania area.

LogistiCenter is DP Partners' trademarked name for its distribution centers.

The LogistiCenter at Allentown will be DP Partners' first foray into the market.

The rail-served distribution building of 1.2 million square feet is located in the Lehigh Valley industrial market.

The first phase of the development is projected for completion next winter.

At Harrisburg, an 805,375 squarefoot spec building is due for completion this summer.

It will be the first of seven buildings in the 250-acre park.
