Priske-Jones Nevada expects to complete its four-building Whites Creek Professional Center by late autumn.
The complex is under construction at Mount Rose Highway and Wedge Parkway in south Reno.
It includes four freestanding, single-story buildings of 7,000 square feet and one twostory building of 2,500 square feet.
The project features Tahoe-style architecture.
Lease prices will start at $1.85 a square foot and sale prices will start at $185 a square foot, said John Pinjuv, president and coowner of Grubb & Ellis Nevada Commercial Group, which is handling leasing and sales.
Construction began April 21, with delivery projected within six months.
Priske-Jones has developed projects in the Reno area since 1995.
Its projects have includes the Estates at Galena and Montclaire.
