Reno's Magnolia Village has been included in Stewart Spotlights, a publication highlighting outstanding real estate developments worldwide.
It's the only northern Nevada property selected for inclusion.
The 72,000-square-foot development at Lakeside Drive and South McCarran includes office space and related services.
Tenants include UBS PaineWebber, Merrill Lynch, Lisa's Central Market and Starbucks.
The project is a development of the Magnolia Business Parks division of The Magnolia Companies in Reno.
