GoldSpring, Inc.
said it reached a definitive agreement in its previously announced plans to acquire the assets of Ecovery Inc., a private Nevada corporation.
The assets include the Gold Canyon and Spring Valley gold placer properties consisting of 21 unpatented placer mining claims on 850 acres east of Carson City and a copper mine called "The Big Mike Project" near Winnemucca.
